These terms apply to your purchase and use of the 5-Day Authority Kit (the "Kit") from Crucial Marketing Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing, you agree to these terms.
1. What you're buying
The Kit is a digital product delivered as a download. It includes a playbook, a post calendar, a profile guide, message scripts, and an AI post-writing tool (a Claude skill and a copy-and-paste prompt).
2. Your license
When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use the Kit for your own business. You may not resell, share, copy for distribution, publish, or give away the Kit or any part of it, or use it to create a competing product. All content remains the property of Crucial Marketing Solutions LLC.
3. No guarantee of results
The Kit teaches a method for posting on LinkedIn. We do not promise any specific number of followers, profile views, messages, calls, clients, or income. Results depend on your field, experience, consistency, and execution. Any results we describe are examples and are not typical.
4. Your responsibility for your content
You are responsible for everything you post, send, or publish, including content you create with the Kit's templates or AI tool. Review all AI-generated content for accuracy before using it.
5. Regulated professionals
If you work in a regulated field, such as financial advice, insurance, accounting, or law, you are responsible for following your industry's rules and your firm's or carrier's policies. That includes getting approval for profile changes, posts, and messages, and meeting any supervision or recordkeeping requirements. The Kit is not legal, compliance, financial, or tax advice.
6. Third-party platforms
The Kit refers to third-party tools such as LinkedIn, Claude, and ChatGPT. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies. Their features, rules, and availability may change, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
7. Refunds
If you're not happy with the 5-Day Authority Kit for any reason, you can get a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. No questions asked. Email marcel@crucialmsolutions.com within 30 days of purchase and include the email address you used at checkout. We'll process your refund within [3] business days to your original payment method through Stripe; depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. Since the Kit is a digital download, we ask that you delete your copy once you've been refunded. Refund requests made more than 30 days after purchase are not eligible. 8. Disclaimer
The Kit is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the Kit.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Kit is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you purchased applies to your purchase.
